− Very dark in some rooms Bins - issue from previous occupants & problems With neighbour due to that Make up marks on wall in main bedroom House needs a deep clean

A comfy little cottage. Refurbishment needs completing to a standard for use as a guest house - safe and secure.

Cosy cottage. Situated on a quiet street. Looks out onto a well maintained park.

− Cottage looks like it is being refurbished and several jobs either not finished off or not done properly. Security wise, the back door does not shut properly and only has an inside top bolt to hold it closed. Rubbish left on ground in the garden even though this had been reported.

Suited our needs very well. Quorn village is really friendly and has some lovely shops.

Warm and cosy on arrival. Had everything we needed.

− Wobbly kitchen tap and a few lightbulbs out but that’s all!

Great house, great location.

− House smelt like tobacco. Outside bin over flowing with rubbish bags upon our arrival therefore we were unable to put out any rubbish. Fingernail clippings found on couch. Dirty glass ware and mugs filthy inside. Had to run through dishwasher before use. No wood to burn only kindle. Emailed property on first day with concerns. No reply.
