The most beautiful little slice of heaven nestled in such a brilliant town. The property was perfect, clean, had everything you need. A few wow moments - lemon and fig trees that you can help yourself to, the pool and all the little seating areas were really special, the horse with its foal in the field next door, the kittens we saw daily, the most lovely hosts - patty and nikos made us feel so at home, they booked our transfers and had little snacks on arrival….having them on hand for any questions was really appreciated.

Perfect Greek retreat.

Communication with the owners from booking to arriving was second to none. They greeted us on arrival and made us feel really welcome. We bumped into them a couple of times during our stay, and they always had time for a little chat. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. It was definitely a home from home feel. It is situated just around the corner from all bars, restaurants, and shops. We can't wait to return in the near future 😍

A little piece of paradise just a very short walk to the centre of Alykanas. A truly lovely villa hidden just a short walk away from shops, tavernas and bars. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and very private. We had a horse as our neighbour who, days earlier had just given birth to a little foal which was lovely to see. The outside garden areas are very well designed and maintained to ensure it has everything from lovely seating areas in the shade to full out sun action to gain the tan, with a lovely pool when it’s time to cool down. The gardens even have lemon trees bursting with fruit to add to your drink of choice. Inside you find everything you need for your stay. All utensils are provided along with hairdryers and beach towels. Aircon is in all rooms but we didn’t really need it too often as you get a lovely cool breeze from the upstairs bedroom, should you leave the patio doors to the balcony open. All doors have screens so no need to worry about mosquitoes coming in as you sleep. Patty and Nikos are the perfect hosts, a lovely couple who were always contactable for any questions or queries. We are already trying to organise our return next year… by far the best villa we have stayed in on any holiday.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is really nice, it's quiet and set back from the noise of the town, but just a 3-minute walk to a tavern with very good food. The hosts are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The hosts thought of all the little things to make it comfortable. We highly recommend this place!
