Disappointing Experience at Suenyo
4.0The nature was amazing.
− We stayed at this property for three nights and were disappointed with our experience. The property is advertised as a tranquil and peaceful retreat, but that was not what we experienced. For two of the three nights, other guests were shouting, screaming, and making excessive noise late into the night. After the first night, the staff assured us they had addressed the issue, but it happened again the following night and was even worse. This significantly disrupted our stay and made it difficult to relax. We also had issues with the outdoor bathtub. There was not enough hot water to fill it, which was particularly disappointing as it is one of the property's main features. In addition, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The floor was dusty when we arrived. Although we informed the staff and they cleaned the room, the dusty floor was still left untouched. The staff were polite and responsive, but unfortunately the repeated noise, inadequate hot water, and lack of attention to cleanliness meant our stay fell well short of the peaceful experience we had expected.

10.0Suenyo Eco Retreat is an outstanding, one of a kind place to stay!! We have had the most amazing time in this special and unique accommodation. The villas are so beautiful and comfortable. The staff is doing an outstanding job and provides such a high quality service. The food is amazing. And the private yoga lessons with Ari were fantastic! It will definitely not be the last time we will be staying in this beautiful place!!

Würde ich weiterempfehlen, wenn die Baustelle beendet ist
10.0fantastisch, wenn man sich auf einen Gesundheitstrip befindet, also mir wäre mehr das kontinentale Frühstück lieber.
− Leider war von Ruhe wenig zu spüren, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Villen eine große Baustelle befand. So hatte man von früh morgens bis Abends durchgehend (bis auf eine Stunde zu Mittag) leider nur den Lärm von Kreissäge, Hammer und sonstigem Werkzeug. Man konnte die Zeit im sogenannten Dschungel leider nicht genießen. Auch gibt es nicht wie in der Leistung beschrieben, in unmittelbarer Nähe Restaurants noch Cafes, diese sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

10.0Le calme et la serenité des lieux, la foret qui nous entoure, la douceur et bienveillance des employés, le soin et la qualité apportés au moindre detail, la nourriture et les boissons excellentes. Difficile de ne pas adorer l'endroit et y rester cloitré queelques temps.
