3.0The apartment is modern, nicely furnished and in a good location. The overall layout is nice, and the apartment itself is generally comfortable.
− The biggest issue was the unexpected additional charges and the lack of clarity surrounding the booking conditions. We deliberately booked a two-bedroom apartment so that each of us could have a separate bedroom. After completing our reservation we received a message explaining that using the second bedroom would cost an additional €15 per night. Although this information may have been included somewhere in the booking details, it was certainly not clearly visible or prominent enough when making the reservation. On top of that, there is an additional environmental fee charged for every night of the stay, which adds to the overall cost. While the apartment itself is modern and nicely furnished, the kitchen and bathroom could also have been cleaner. What I find most disappointing is the overall lack of transparency. When booking a two-bedroom apartment, it is reasonable to expect access to both bedrooms.

− The bathroom is quite tiny. Not sure they should charge extra to use the second room. I agree to lock it if we don’t need it but I’ve never seen an extra charge to use it. that’s just rude and money grabbing
