8.0The manager stayed in good contact via WhatsApp and even met me at the train station when I arrived. He escorted me to the property and provided helpful directions and recommendations. The breakfast allowance was modest but sufficient for a croissant and a cup of coffee at the café next door. The room was clean and came with several little goodies, including candy, a first aid kit, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer gel, and a few other essentials. The outdoor private bathroom was also well-maintained.
− The outdoor bathroom was somewhat inconvenient, requiring you to manage four keys during your stay: one for the building, one for the facility, one for the room, and one for the bathroom. The mattress provided minimal back support and wasn’t very comfortable. Additionally, a portion of the fees goes toward city tax, payable only in cash at the facility. Since I don’t use cash, I appreciated the property manager kindly handling it on my behalf.

10.0Parfait, super bien situé pour aller prendre le bateaux pour les 5terres, proches des commerces. Chambre bien isolée au vue du bruit de la rue. Chambre tres propre. Petites intentions (bonbons, biscuits, eau, mini proseco). Vraiment très agréable à l'arrivée. Merci

Im Großen und Ganzen super
8.0Lage sehr gut: Bahnhof sehr nah, schnell in der Fußgängerzone durch welche auch der Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns auch mit Insider-Tipps versorgt hat und immer erreichbar war. Man bekommt in einem netten Cafe gleich nebenan Rabatt aufs Frühstück. Klimaanlage im Zimmer, sauber mit Reinigung zwischendurch, genügend Handtücher Einfacher und unkomplizierter check-out mit Möglichkeit Gepäck über den Tag aufzubewahren (auch beim check-in) Super, wenn man hier ist, um die Cinque Terre anzuschauen
− Unpünktlicher check-in mit Wartezeit, wobei wegen Verständigungsprobleme unsere Bedürfnisse nicht ganz erfüllt wurden. Die Ausstattung, vor allem das Bett, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (abbröckelnde Lederlehne des Bettes, rostiger Handtuchtrockner, verfärbte Duschdichtung, Sprung im Waschbecken, ...) Balkon geht auf eine stark befahrene Straße, weshalb es sehr laut ist, sobald man die Tür öffnet und ein gemütlicher Abend am Balkon sieht auch anders aus.

9.0L'accueil et les informations de notre hôte. La proximité de la gare et des rues piétonnes. La vienoiserie et le prix du café "c'est bon" au pied de l'immeuble pour le petit déjeuner.
