The smell of herbs and pines and olive trees surround the villa. The view is directly on the sunset. Maria and Anastasia are very nice and kind hostesses. They accommodated our wishes: double beds and grill!

Gut ausgestattetes, ruhiges Haus mit Charme

Wer Ruhe liebt, ist hier richtig. Das schöne Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, hat einen schönen Garten mit Kirschbäumen und sogar einer kleinen Kapelle. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an den Stränden Panormos, Milia oder Kastani. Man könnte auch mit dem Bus fahren (Haltestelle 20), der fährt allerdings nur einmal in der Stunde. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren ganz neu (Kokosmatratzen). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin Maria ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders erwähnenswert war die reichliche Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln: Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Getränke aller Art, Obst, Kekse und Snacks. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Danke nochmals an die Gastgeberin!

Pobyt był po prostu rewelacyjny! Domek w bardzo przyjemnej i cichej okolicy z pięknym widokiem na zachód słońca. Widoki co wieczór urozmaicało stadko kóz po drugiej stronie płotu. Kwatera bardzo czysta i ku naszemu bardzo miłemu zaskoczeniu obsługa była na poziomie bardzo dobrego hotelu. Nasza Pani gospodarz zadbała o to żebyśmy nie musieli martwić się niczym, od wynoszenia śmieci po wymianę pościeli czy ręczników na świeże. Serdecznie polecamy pobyt w tym miejscu każdemu!!! Jeżeli chcecie cudowne wakacje w świetnej atmosferze z gospodarzem który dba o każdy detal, to to jest właśnie to miejsce ❤️

The property has potential but suffers from neglect and feels overpriced for its condition

The location which is close to everything and the fact that the place is a bit remote so its quite throughout the day.

− The property does not correspond to its price and there is a serious need for renovation. The kitchen is outdated , quite messy and old. The appliances are not in good condition, the washing machine was rusty and was shaking extremely every time we used it. The A/C in the smaller room is ancient and does not work well, it makes a loud noise and in order to stabilize the ventilator we had to use our own patent. One of the biggest problems for us was that the house had no nets so we couldn’t ventilate the place without having flies and mosquitoes come in. We even found a lizard inside the house which probably entered when we opened a window. Lastly the place was not cleaned well there were spider webs and dust everywhere. Also outside in the master bedroom the balcony was manifested with ants and so it was not pleasant to sit there at all.

Location of Casa Gaia is excellent and our host was very welcoming and gave lots of great local information and tips. The property was spacious, there was plenty of clothes storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The West facing balcony was brilliant for sunset views and the outdoor sunlounging area was very nice too with lovely fragrant planting there.

− The beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable and the pillows throughout could probably do with replacing. It would also be nice if there were 4 matching plates, bowls etc. As the property is for 4 people it was unusual that there were only 2 loungers, perhaps 2 moveable outdoor chairs could be added.
