9.0la situation, très calme, la vue magnifique, la grandeur de l'appartement, et la propretée
− La literie de la chambre d'amis est à changer, le matelas est vieux en mauvais état, creuse au centre. Du coup il serait nécessaire de changer le sommier qui est trop petit pour le matelas. il serait souhaitable, de disposer d'un peu plus de vaisselle, afin de ne pas faire tourner le lave vaisselle après chaque repas.Il est à noter que l'appartement se situe au troisième étage, sans ascenseur, donc déconseillé aux personnes ayant des problémes de motricité.

10.0Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, groß und gemütlich. Der Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen ist traumhaft. Stadt kann man zu Fuß innerhalb 10 Minuten erreichen. Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
− Leider waren keine Handtücher vorhanden die müssten wir uns erst vor Ort kaufen. Am sonstigen war alles da, was man für die erste Tage braucht .

− Hidden costs: There is no information in booking about additional final cleaning costs (50-60€), the given price in booking was including everything. But we were requested to pay final cleaning in cash on arrival. We find it inappropriate. Cleaning costs should be either explicitly mentioned on the website, or be included in final appartement price (standard policy of practically all apartments we stayed in with booking.com). Then the longer stay, the lower daily rate. Now, when you stay for just a few nights, this hidden cost increases the daily rate significantly without knowing it in advance .

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Empfehlenswert!
9.0Große, helle, saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Bucht (herrliche Sonnenuntergänge). Parkplatz vorm Haus. Die Aussentreppen in den dritten Stock sind gut begehbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen. Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und nette Betreuung durch Pascal vor Ort.
− Zu Fuß ist der Weg in die Stadt sehr weit. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.
