7.0This was a comfortable 3-bedroom bungalow that had what we needed for a night’s stay with a young child. The beds were comfortable and the bungalow located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. We didn’t end up cooking but there were some kitchen basics available for us to heat up food. It’s a bit of a drive from downtown Kingston/Queen’s campus but was reasonably priced. The host was easily reachable and able to accommodate an earlier check-in time on short notice.
− We noticed a few ants inside the unit, which might be expected given the abundant trees and nature in the neighbourhood. The bathroom (particularly the shower) could use an extra light. Otherwise we found everything that we needed.

Great stay, very satisfied. If guests don't mind being away from downtown core, it is a good option.

Pleasant stay but dirty.
4.0Easy to check in and out, comfort of the beds, easy communication with the host.
− Floors were very dirty. Dust every where. Towels had hairs in them from previous guest. Bars of soap were left in the bathroom. Overall, not very clean anywhere in the home.
