6.0Convenient & easy access to the property via self check in it was clean and the shower was good.
− Very small kitchen area if you’re staying for more than a couple of days and wanted to cook it might not be ideal. Description stated there was an iron but there wasn’t one. The conversation from a garage to living accommodation was clearly done on a budget and it just didn’t feel like quality materials or furnishings were used
Clean & Cosy
9.0Very clean & cosy. Had a shelter outside for smokers. Had a snart tv so was able to watch my own Netflix. Good for the odd night or weekend.
− Not much to complain about, felt abit weird staying in the bottom of someone's garden. Would probably benefit them sectioning off the garden.

− The bed, which is shaking, the mattress which is deepened in the middle and the excessive pillows of inadequate sizes are not really good. If not, the Oak Lodge is ok for me.

10.0Location was very close to Pilgrim Way and within a 20 minute walk of restaurants and retail shops. Accommodation is a converted back yard garage and is well done.
− Kindly post instructions as to how to turn on the shower water heater.
