− If this was my B&B I would raise my nightly fee a little, and then do extra things to improve a guest's experience. For example more choices at the kettle (Coffee, Tea or Hot Chocolate). I'd have sugar and sweetener and 500ml of fresh milk in the freezer. Small soap, shampoo in the shower. Air freshener by the toilet. The fridge was also noisy, to the point where it kept us awake and I had to switch it off. The size of the TV can really be improved without costing an arm and a leg.
