10.0My husband and I normally take our trailer from where it is parked in Rye and go to Oxbow throughout the summer and for our Anniversary. I was raised in this area. We decided for our Anniversary this year to get a cabin, so glad we did. What a beautiful location, easy access. No contact, there were 7 of us and my dogs were FREE, huge bonus - I hope they don't change that because we would love to come back. Everything was clean and comfortable. I saw reviews of people complaining about the stove top not working - well reading the directions it wasn't hard. You have to turn off the child safety! Hold the power button until you hear a beep and a LO shows up, then hold the padlock until you hear a beep and it unlocks everything to set the burners. Now if it is sitting while cooking you have to hold the padlock again until you hear the beep to adjust. Everything in the home worked just fine. I am not a city girl, in the Valley only because of work - can't wait until we can find a place home to settle, this made us a bit more eager to do so.
− Maybe some umbrellas for the back deck - there were still times the sun was to much to be out there long. But that is something if we came back for a stay we would just bring a few travel clamp on. Also someone previous to us broke the can opener, we were going to get another one and leave it but forgot - so maybe someone in the future can do this.
