8.0Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit 2 Balkonen, auf denen man sitzen oder liegen kann. Die Lage war gut angebunden. Das Haus hat einen Lift. Schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
− Das Überqueren der Bahngleise war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab ein Thema mit der Rechnung, das am Ende gut aufgelöst werden konnte. Generell empfiehlt es sich bei privaten Unterkünften vorab Infos einzuholen, ob eine Rechnung ausgestellt wird.

10.0Ottimo appartamento con tutto il necessario: aria condizionata, ventilatori, utensili da cucina, lavatrice, detersivi, saponi, non manca nulla. La posizione è anche molto buona visto che è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro e in due fermate si è in pieno centro. Unica considerazione: per fare il tragitto metro-appartamento bisogna percorrere un passaggio di binari del treno e una strada abbastanza trafficata (no rumori però quando si dorme), quindi meglio evitare se si hanno problemi importanti di mobilità. Per il resto, proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.
