6.0The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main sights. Large pool, spa, and breakfast were OK.
− There are a lot of stray dogs on the property and in the surrounding area. During our stay the room wasn't cleaned, and the towels weren't changed. Lots of noisy children on site.
Worth it for the price and location
8.0Breakfast was amazing! very close to some beautiful historic sites.
− Our room did not have all of the cushions on the sofa, and the ones they brought to replace didn't exactly fit. It was spacious but a bit dated.

8.0The hotel is in the city center, the staff is very nice and helpful. The indoor pool is very nice. They arange for us taxi to Baku for very good price.
− There are no scrambled eggs for breakfast. The furniture and equipment are quite old. In the bathroom, water flowed through a hole around the shower onto the floor.

5.0Reasonably priced. Close to upper caravanserai and shopping area.
− Quilts were dirty. We were woken up by the restaurant waiter at 12.20 am because he was looking for someone who hadn't paid their restaurant bill ! And it wasn't us. That was vegr rude. The staff at the hotel reception and the restaurant were generally not very welcoming. The service at the restaurant was slow. My father wanted a warm glass of milk at night and that wasn't available.
