− Serviço de café da manhã é ruim e não prestaram nenhum tipo de assistência as solicitações feitas, em uma hospedagem de 8 dias não trocaram as toalhas e nem as roupas de cama, além de ter solicitado um cobertor que estava faltando e não ter retorno.

− Al momento de tomar la habitación el aire acondicionado estaba con problemas, me ofrecían aire acondicionado pero obligaba a tener la manga del equipo con la puerta abierta pese al frío, afortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación y todo volvió a la normalidad.

No lo recomiendo. Muy mal el aseo, el piso muy sucio, en general todo mal aseado. La calefacción de muchos apartamentos

− Sucio, la calefacción dañada, el calefactor que pusieron era ruidoso … el aseo muy mal, esquinas y rincones llenos d e mugre, paredes e los baños chorreadas

The pool is currently open with a limited capacity allowed and prior reservation is required. Remember that due to the capacity for sanitary measures, you must reserve a schedule for the use of the pool. **Please note** The Outdoor Pool will be closed on December 31st 2022 and January 1st 2023 due to assembly work for a New Year's eve celebration. The Outdoor pool will be available from January 2nd 2023.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
