Overall the villa provided the space we needed for the 10 of us, but in our opinion it needed up dating and money spent
6.0The pool area was lovely and spacious with plenty of outdoor seatings. The chairs could have been cleaner and pool needed a deep clean.
− It hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived, lots of bits on the floor and hair in the bathroom. The glasses, crockery and cutlery needed cleaning before we were happy to use them. We mentioned this to the property manager and he arranged for a cleaning company to come and deep clean the day after we arrived. It was a shame, as this should have been done before we arrived. There was a sewerage/drain smell in the property. You could not flush toilet paper down the toilets. Two of the three showers needed the drains clearing out as they will water did not drain away. The A/C did not work properly, we could not have the upstairs AND downstairs on at the same time as the power kept cutting out. Only 5 out of the 6 bedrooms had A/C, this is not mentioned in the description. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 on the ground and 1 in the basement. The power was increased whilst we were there, which appeared to resolve the A/C power issue. The furniture was very cheap and needed updating. The bed linen and towels were of poor quality and need some money spent on that.
We loved our weeks stay and cannot wait to return to this beautiful villa.
10.0Spacious bedrooms which each had their own en-suite. Well equipped kitchen, modern appliances. Villa itself was stunning! Outside areas maintained well.

− There were a number of issues: Rainwater coming into basement after rain Some equipment not checked to see if operational - coffee maker and no gas for bbq A number of showers leaked water onto floors and pipe under sink in one bathroom leaked Both tumble driers not working
