Never again, think twice before booking
1.0The pictures on booking.com are correct but tells only the half of the story. The accommodation is clean, and quality of the building is ok.
− The location is an abandoned construction site. There is NO atmosphere at all, you are behind a grey concrete wall. See attached pictures. Construction works are going on, sheds without a roof in your direct view, huge workshop, car parking (even with wrecks). Although the poolside area is nice, it does not give a holiday feeling. The poolbar does not exist. We have booked the accommodation for multiple nights, but left the accommodation after one night. We were glad to leave. The private room door connects directly to the shared living room. So when you want to use the shared bathroom consider this. The private bedroom is not private since all door keys are the same. Everyone can access your private room at any time. There’s a washing machine, but nowhere to hang or dry your clothes. The playground cannot be used, grass is gone, the swing does not have a seat. You get a cutting board but no knife; A fridge, but no bottle opener; A dish rack is provided, but no tea towel. You have a jacuzzi, but no wifi. It is 2025 !! The airconditioning in the shared living room is underpowered, the target temperature cannot be reached when the outside temperature is 32 degrees. Which is a normal temperature in Portugal. We do not understand why some guest are giving a high rate. It is terrible.
