Nyugalom, tisztaság, jó felszereltség.
9.0A nagy park közvetlen közelében, csendes utcában, kertre néző apartman. Nagyon tiszta és jó méretű fürdőszobával, jól felszerelt konyhával. 25 perc alatt elérhető a város bármely nevezetessége, a szállás közelében a szomszéd utcában pékségek, kávézók, jó hangulat.

9.0Superschöne Wohnung. Tolle Terasse..super gelegen.
− Wenn man starke Raucher als Nachbarbewohner hat ist es sls Nichtraucher nicht so lustig, weil der Rauch in die Wohnung zieht und man daher im Sommer die Terassentür zumachen muss. Ein kleines Messer fehlt in der Küche.

9.0Zentrale Lage, super freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sehr sauber, tolle Küche, mit kleinem Balkon in den absolut ruhigen Hinterhof.

An amazing stay at a very modern apartment just in the center of Graz, Claus was an excellent host.
10.0I found the place as a very lovely apartment with an amazing garden in the back. It was dreamy for us to stay there! It was modern, clean, with everything we needed.
