Easy to deal with, very accommodating! Room is in a bit rough shape but not bad overall.

− Bed cover was dirty but I didn't mind since my work clothes were dirty anyway. Neighbors ordered food or something late at night and it's super loud when they are in the joining hall area.
Very disappointed with this experience, but your mileage may vary.
4.0The suite is very conveniently located to local attractions, and a short drive to dining options in Orillia and Barrie.
− Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this booking. The day of our arrival, we were told it wasn't available due to technical difficulties with the door lock, and we would be switched to another suite. However it took several hours past the check-in time for the entry information for the new suite to be sent. The replacement suite was on the lower level instead of the upper level, did not have bath soap/shampoo, TV didn't work properly, only half a roll of toilet paper, and there was obvious damage to the property (e.g. a large hole in the washroom wall). The host was initially responsive but did not respond to my requests for basic toiletries. While she was very apologetic the next day and offered upgraded accommodations, the whole experience was still very unpleasant.
We had a wonderful stay and look forward to the chance to do it again and explore more!
9.0The property was on the upper floor, which was fantastic to not have upstairs neighbours! The suite was spacious, comfy, clean, and private. We especially liked the 'living' space to have a place to sit on a sofa to watch TV instead of just in the bed.
− We don't believe this is the fault of the host, but Property Management needs to be more attentive to ice/snow removal. I understand that the area has been slammed with snow this Winter, however the first set of stairs to the unit were quite hazardous our first day as it was snowing, raining, and temperatures dropping. Attention to the units that are occupied would should have been a priority. That was the only disappointing bit.
