− Il check out. Ho chiesto una proroga di un'ora, poi di mezz'ora. Negata. Eppure siamo stati lì per 10 giorni, non per un week end. Siamo dovuti uscire subito, alle 10, pur avendo il volo di ritorno alle 16. Avrei gradito un minimo di flessibilità e meno intransigenza
