Location was great as was the view. Beds were comfy and electric blankets were nice to have. Everything was clean and well maintained.

− The shower caused the whole bathroom to be wet and the one mat was not effective keeping the floor dry. On holidays we value a comfy space and the couch and lounge seating was not comfortable. Also, there was no access to the washing machine machine listed in the description.

Location and views to impress, cool styling and pet friendly!

Location was excellent, close to beach, shops and wetland areas. Views are sensational to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. Property is styled creatively without feeling uptight and has all the essentials required, including extra bedding and extra oil heaters for both rooms. Bed is comfortable. Great size property for two people with a pet and fun to return to at the end of the day.

− Some housekeeping issues would have made our stay even more enjoyable. Door in main bedroom needs filing as it hits the floor rug on open/close. Hanging mirrors over doors bang loudly on open/close and need to be fixed or moved. Bathroom door hits screen, needs better protection. Shower water wets area in front of toilet and needs a screen change or curtain. Yard isn’t secure for pets but could be seemingly easily. Balcony could be made more secure for pets/kids which would be an amazing improvement as our dog loved sitting out there. Curtains in lounge are thin & sheer and it gets cold at night, thicker would be more comfortable and would mean the heating could be used less. Couch is good but only big enough for one person to lounge comfortably, which was disappointing - a chaise lounge would fix this. The other two chairs feel ornamental only. Would’ve been great if the steel chairs outside had cushions available. And last but not least, some sensor lighting on the stairs would feel safer.

Comfortable, well equipped, great location, good views.

Would highly recommend this cute beach house, centrally located in the lovely seaside town of Eden.

The view was gorgeous and so close to everything. Bed was super comfortable with lovely linen bedding. The furniture and decor were really well done and access to the laundry was great after being on the road for a while. Lisa and Dan were fantastic hosts.

Really lovely holiday home with great sea views, close to everything you need in Eden. Beautifully decorated with lots of extra touches and well equipped for self catering. Comfortable beds, a good shower and lovely balcony. Washing machine was appreciated and the car port very handy too.

− The shower is open on one side and water goes everywhere. It would not be safe or easy to clean up for someone with limited mobility. It's an easy fix (a long handled squeegee would do the job) for an otherwise lovely bathroom.

Person that booked this property passed away and they refused to cancel/refund. It is disgusting!
