1.0− ⭐ 1/10 – Double booking, couldn’t stay at all I booked this house for one day through Booking.com, but when I arrived on the same day, I was informed that another guest had already checked in. Because of this, I could not stay at the property at all. There was no prior communication, no alternative arrangement, and no immediate solution offered. This caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, especially after making travel plans. Double booking like this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property, as the booking was not honoured.

1.0Nothing it was horrific
− Where do I start?! Do not be fooled by the photos! The house is not suitable to be on here! There were bed bugs, we got bit to death! Blood and bodily fluid stains in the bedding, mould in the kitchen, filth and marks all over every wall and door, the second bathroom is in a shed outside, a door in the kitchen with holes in and a padlock down to a basement, other people’s stuff in every cupboard, around 5 different glasses (not that we would even drink out of them, the property was absolute filth! That being said we still treat the property with respect, turned all the lights and heating off when we left as requested, threw rubbish always etc. we would not stay again and would highly advise against anyone else planning to do so!
