calmness and beauty of nature, nothing else. this is the place if you really need peace and rest.
10.0perfect retreat from city rush. Minja, the owner, was helpful and really left us enjoy this miracle quickly. Blacky and Minka are permanent residents, be mindful. this is a plus for cat owners, but might not for everyone. the location astonishing, we spent hours in the morning, daytime and evening to watch the mountains and clouds play. the house is tidy, you will find everything. would go back anytime. matter of fact, we will, that is certain. thank you Minja.
− only downside for us, was the bed, as it was too soft for us, but this is really subjective.

A very unpleasant experience.
1.0I did not get to stay at this property. I was told it was not available but I was only told on the day I was to arrive.
− I’ve seen the outstanding reviews for this property but my experience was the opposite. 0/10. On the day of my booking which was for 3 nights, I received numerous messages from the host which indicated the host was going through some problems ( eg water problems, accident, being let down, could I wait 2 hours for the apartment to be fixed etc). There were multiple brief but very unusual messages. I understand that these things can happen but the messages were confused. One was somewhat offensive. I arrived at the Chalet just after the agreed time and there was no host to meet me. Although the cat mentioned in other reviews was there! I messaged host with no reply for some time. I tried to phone the host and the call would not connect!! I went away and came back. Still no host or reply to my messages. Eventually after considerable time the host got back to me and did offer to book me into alternative accommodation but provided no details until around 10 pm. By then I had found my own accommodation. I’m sorry that the host was having a bad day but it put me in a position with nowhere to stay. I don’t want to damage this host’s otherwise fabulous review rating but I would be somewhat cautious in booking this property. The good news is that when I contacted Booking.com that evening, they followed up my concerns with the host and I received a full refund into my account within 12 hours. That’s what I call great service. I know the other reviews have been amazingly positive and so I hope my experience was a one-off.
