Flying insects and spiderwebs in the kitchen upon arrival
8.0The location and plenty of living space.
− The appartment is not on the street stated on Booking.com platform. If I were the owner of the apartment, I would put a mosquito net on the kitchen window as well. Moreover I would get rid of small, dirty, dusty carpets.
Unfortunately we had to leave due to cockroach issue.
2.0The location was quite central. There was free parking available, helpful when arriving by car.
− Unfortunately we found cockroaches in the bathroom shortly after arrival. Because of the hygiene issue, we did not stay the night and left the apartment the same evening. We informed the host immediately, but no full refund was offered despite the hygiene concern.
