Presently surprised - Much better than the reviews say

We decided to book this hotel despite the negative reviews because the pictures looked appealing, and I’m glad we did. Many people mentioned that the location is too far, but in reality it’s only about a 10 minute drive during rush hours, which was very convenient. The reviews also said that the staff is very rude and not cooperating, and that they didn’t let guests in if it wasn’t check-in time. But our experience was the complete opposite. I informed them that we'll arrive around midnight but as we were returning from issy-kul and it was raining aswell, we arrived around 5 am, and the receptionist, Ella, was extremely sweet, welcoming, and helpful. Even though it was sleeping time for everyone, when we asked for an extra blanket and a kettle, she came running without any hesitation. I also read that the hotel wasn’t clean, so I was honestly nervous while entering. To my surprise, the hotel was very clean, neat, and comfortable nothing like what I had read before. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and it exceeded our expectations compared to the reviews we saw earlier. So, don't believe the negative reviews and stay with them without hesitation.

− При въезде отчитали, что не приехали всем составом, что мы их подвели. После просьбы дать другой из забронированных номеров, сказали не нравится- уезжайте. В номере нет холодильника

Clean Good location Good staff

− We booked a triple room for one night and they confirmed our arrival time. But as we arrived at 10 pm they said your room is not ready and you should pay 40 percent more for a bigger room. We didn't accept and finally they gave us a double room. Hotel facilities are decent but mismanagement made our stay unpleasant
