Уютно, просторно и удобно.
9.0Удобное расположение апартаментов, от центра в пешей доступности, минут 10-11. До самих апартаментов легко добраться и много подсказок как попасть в нужный номер. С арендатором всегда на связи. Так как были всего одну ночь, то вполне устраивает соотношения цены, удобства и комфорта.

− Booked double bed, recieved two single separate beds in two corners of the room. Student dormitory vibe. One drunk idiot was slamming doors, shouting and throwing parked bicycles at 3 in the night, so bad sleep. In the morning, while leaving, i fell and hurt my ankle because cleaning staff used a full bucket of water - extremely slippery.

− To contact the stuff is impossible. The indicated number does not reply, also when you leave voice messages. I asked to change a bulb in the kichen zone, it wasn't done till my departure. The terrible smell in the ground floor corridor leading to stairs.

4.0Appartamento n 2 a piano terra: La postazione di lavoro aveva un sufficiente numero di prese elettriche, una sedia comoda e discreta WLAN. Un ventilatore.
− Contrariamente a quanto dichiarato nella presentazione su Booking, non c’è una lavatrice, non c’è macchinetta del caffè, il letto è posizionato incastrato sotto la finestra ostacolando l’accesso alla apertura della finestra ( in nessuna delle foto sul sito si può notare questo). Inoltre la temperatura della stanza non è regolabile, non ci sono cestini per la spazzatura, né tantomeno una scopa e una paletta. Nella stanza c’è un caldo insopportabile ( molto più che fuori). La notte si può dormire solo con ventilatore acceso e il frigo è piccolissimo, insufficiente, quindi se hai alimenti vanno a male per il caldo. L’appartamento non era stato pulito prima del mio arrivo (pavimento impolverato e cucina sporca di unto e molliche).
