The property was very spacious and very clean. The pictures online match perfectly, what you see online is exactly what you see in person. We were able to see the fireworks outside on the deck.

− Wish we were able to park at least three cars in front of the property.

Property was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable, the vibe was relaxing and I totally loved it.

− First night I had to contact owner about the AC not working well but he helped fix it quickly by answering messages and calling me to help navigate the issue.

Good Location

− I booked the property, 292 Overlook Way, Tannersville, PA 18372, United States of America, from December 29th to January conditions of how we received the cabin. It was dusty, the walls were scratched, the door to the terrace did not lock, and the lack of water pressure was an issue. The refrigerator drawers are broken. The dishwasher is unleveled and the deck in front of the stairs is broken and giving way. The worst offender is that the room located in the basement has mice urine and excrement and as you know it is a deadly health hazard. We are traveling with children and given the holidays it isn't very easy to find different accommodations. We rented this property for $ 2,032.85 for 3 nights and health and safety standards have not been up to code. I write to the administration amd renter a they did nothing we expected a refund and they never answer to us Vacation Monarch failed to have the property clean and in the conditions
