10.0Absolutely everything! 1. The modern building and the surrounding area. 2. A spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday stay. 3. A perfect, quiet location, yet within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. 4. The best beach in June. Fig Tree Bay was overcrowded, and Ayia Napa was both overcrowded and affected by an algae bloom, while the beach here was much more enjoyable. 5. A clean outdoor swimming pool. 6. A beautiful, calming view and a relaxing atmosphere.

Our stay was fantastic with excellent location
10.0Excellent location just short walk from the sea and probably the most beautiful beaches of the island; and only 2 minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. As a family with a toddler we appreciated the nearby kids playground and the big park nearby. Lidl is just meters away for added convenience. check-in was smooth, the host was very responsive and helpful. Luxurious building with a well equipped gym and communal pool perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. We highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic holiday stay!
Luxury beach stay
10.0Our family reunion at this clean and well-equipped apartment in Protaras was amazing. The sea view balcony was a hit with everyone. The central location made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The gym, pool, and luxurious feel were fantastic, and we didn't need our car at all. Perfect for families—we’d definitely return!
