2.0Front Desk Staff and Manager's behaviour
− The bathroom was in a mess as the hotel has tilted in one side leading to water accumulation. Water taps leaking. Lights in the room out of order. Mattress quality very bad. The chef doesn't know recipe of food and thus food A doesn't taste as it should be. In my opinion, the food is over-priced. The cleanliness is not good.
