Everything here was awful
1.0They had running water so I could shower .. lol literally the ONLY thing I liked
− There’s a lot I didn’t like. The bed had hair in it. The carpets were nasty. Lady at the front desk was rude. The bathroom had urine on the floor and on the side of the toilet. No one ever came to do room service, when I asked for more towels they told me I had to bring the used towels down to get more. When I first arrived I asked for a room with 2 beds the lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t switch rooms but later told my sister who was staying in a different room that I could’ve gotten a room with 2 beds because it was 3 of us in my room.. smh the room had one roll of toilet paper that had already been opened and used when I asked for more I was told I had to come down to get it which led to me having to prop my door open while I used the restroom and wait until another family arrived with toilet paper. The shower had a handicap bench that had a piece tore on it that scratched me every time I took a shower.
Great location and value. Just wish they would pay attention ot the sheets stuff puts on the bed. Ours had stains on bot
