Barbara and Gianni were so amazing and friendly! They met us upon arrival and fully introduced us in how to utilize the amenities in the flat. They gave us a quick intro to the area and praised the availability of good food, which is the reason we travel. This area is known for excellent food choices, and is frequented by locals. Our last dinner there, we were surrounded by no English speaking people, which was reassuring. They also have a book of business cards from local places to dine from. Don't let the graffiti on the exterior building walls deter you, the area felt entirely safe. The flat has lots of personalized amenities (more than you may receive in a hotel!), which were a very nice touch - flat iron, hair dryer, shaving gel, cotton swabs, cotton rounds, face wash, snacks, coffee, milk, water. I thought the flat had a nice, neutral fragrance, and was well decorated. It is close to the train station (both metro and regional) and has a bus stop right in front. The #83 bus in front of the flat gets you close to Trevi fountain. From/to the airport, we took the regional train and then walked 10-15 minutes. This was a great location to be away from the tourist area, yet close enough by walk or public transit. This flat only required a half set of stairs to get down, so you're not lugging your luggage up/down several flights of stairs. We would gladly stay here again due to the hospitality of the hosts, proximity to public transit, and the plethora of good food options. Just wish we had more time to stay to try all the excellent food in the area!

− Not a fault of the hosts, but you should be aware that this is a "garden level" flat, meaning halfway down a set of stairs. This also means that the windows are at street level, so you will hear street noise and foot traffic. This is a city apartment, so this is to be expected. If this bothers you, bring earplugs and you'll be just fine.

Gute Lage mit Metro und Bus quasi vor dem Haus. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hielt sogar Kaffee und Toast sowie kleine Knabbereien bereit. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zur Vermieterin!!

Absolutely exceptional apartment and owners

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! Barbara is such an exceptional host. I forgot to inform her in advance that we were arriving much earlier than planned, but she was still able to collect our bags before check-in, allowing us to enjoy a walk through beautiful Rome. I can confidently say that she and her husband will do everything possible to make their guests happy! The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, cozy, functional, and of course, the location is the absolute winner. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to come back to Rome and stay in this apartment again. ☺️ Thank you for a wonderful time!

Barbara and Gianni are the kindest hosts, really nicely explained everything at arrival. It was really a friendly and informative experience.😊 The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and it is equipped with really everything you may need and much more, from the kitchen to the bathroom! We had a lovely, comfortable stay there for sure! We are also very sensitive for noise, so our only problem was the noisy street, so earplugs were very needed, that can be of course different for others. There was even some easy to grab food left in the kitchen, I found that also a lovely surprise! It’s a beautiful and cosy apartment and easy to get around in the city from there.
