6.0Communication with the landlord was flawless. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The view met our expectations and was lovely.
− Basement apartment with no privacy. You enter the apartment by walking through the neighbor's front garden. The entire terrace is fully visible to the neighbor. Window and door fittings are substandard. There is mold in the shower. The painters did a sloppy job and left their mess behind. Honestly, this is not a particularly outstanding apartment.

10.0Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Der Weg in die Stadt dauert ca. 20-30 Minuten und ist angenehm, obwohl man zurück einige Treppen steigen muss. Die Kommunikation war immer problemlos, zuverlässig und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. :)

− All facilities and stay experience are very good, the only problem is that there is a construction site near the residence, which may be noisy during the day, but this is not the problem of this property, they have done a very good job.

10.0Fantastic apartment with a large terrace, jacuzzi and amazing ocean view! We found everything we needed in the apartment. The jacuzzi is heated, perfect for cooler weather. Very kind and helpful hostess.

10.0This was one of the best stays we've ever had. The hot tub and swinging chair overlooking the ocean was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'll ever need. The fridge had water to get us started. The bed was comfortable. The location was incredible. Enjoyable walks to many excellent restaurants, bars, and beautiful plazas, beaches, and areas. WIFI and TV, when we needed it, worked great. The hosts were accommodating. I can't say enough about this place. We strongly recommend!
