I didnt stay since it was HORRIBLE
1.0I canceled booking & ran from there, dirty street where, we can't even go with family, spoiled the whole day & trip, pls refund my payments at the earliest, what is booking.com doing idk, just looting our money showing different photos, not even proper car access available to the hotel, NO REFUND NOTHING MADE SO FAR. Booking ID CAQODU dated 25th July for Varanasi
