If you want privacy, this Villa is beautiful
10.0The property is secluded. The pool and barbecue area is wonderful was beautiful. Beach is 10 minute walk away.
− The only thing I would criticise is that check-in is 4 pm and check out his 10 am so you really don’t get to spend the day there on your check-in day and checkout day so technically you lose two days of your stay but apart from that Villa and everything else was wonderful
Superb location but in need of updating
7.0The villa is set in its own private grounds with a lovely large swimming pool. It is a short walk to the beach (10 minutes) and 25 minutes to the centre of POlis town. The inside of the villa is spacious,
− The facilities are very dated and not working properly. The solar water heating system doesn’t work and this was reported to the management. We had to use emersión heating The dishwasher was old and rusty and didn’t;t clean the dishes properly. This was also reported. Kitchen utensils and crockery was limited and worn. The walls were bare and although spacious, the villa seemed cold in the October evenings. It is in serious need of refurbishment/

Lovely villa, very relaxing environment
9.0The villa is fantastic, with a lovely big pool. It is close enough to Latsi and Polis to visit the beach and go out for dinner, but also far enough out to be quiet and rural (we did decide to hire a car on the first day after realising that a road on Google Maps leading to Polis didn't actually exist leading to quite a long walk in 40 degree heat!)
− The water supply to the villa cut out completely on 3 occasions over our 10 day stay, however after contacting the host they had the problem resolved within hours every time (including within 90 minutes on a Sunday)
