Excellent beach location, spacious, clean and comfortable.
9.0Beautiful views of the sea and coastline and within a stones throw of southbourne beach which was beautiful to walk the dogs along. Lovely rooms, very spacious, clean and comfortable.
− The price was high for one night but considering where it was located and how lovely the apartment was we still rate it a 9.
Good, spacious apartment but park on the adjoining road
7.0Location was good, while the apartment was clean and spacious. The balcony area was a big plus allowing the children to spend time in the lounge as the adults relaxed on the balcony or in their bedrooms.
− Parking was an issue thanks to the residential neighbour, who clearly doesn't like the parking situation in front of his garage. He was lucky I was not there when he threatened my elderly father on my elderly mother's birthday.

− Floor was not cleaned before -dog hair all over Dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival Blockage in downstairs basin started to get worse from 2nd day - we didn’t cause this, probably drainage issue Neighbour gave us constant grief about shared parking - we didn’t get info as where to park, and he doesn’t bear the comings and goings very well. Said everyone else is also parking wrong, etc. he was very aggressive (verbally) -on arrival we didn’t know which apartment number, took a while to find it; photos show a bit more of privacy, we didn’t even know it’s block of residential flats
Affordable luxury.
10.0It is the best Airbnb we have stayed in the UK. It has state of the art appliances , spotlessly clean and super modern. Free parking and direct assess to the beach and a pub restaurant on the corner. There was six of us and one dog and we had plenty of room. The sun room is a nice touch. The location was excellent for days out.
− There is little to find fault with. The only thing I would change is having locks on the bathrooms.

− Only slight thought is that could do with a couple of firmer pillows.
