Die Lage

− Bei der Übernahme der Wohnung war die Toilette extrem verdreckt, nicht gereinigt, überall Stuhlgang! Wir haben das gleich ! gemeldet, die Kommunikation war schwierig, man glaubte mir nicht! Ich habe bei der Abfahrt im eine Gutschrift gebeten, da wurde gesagt, ich hätte mich gleich melden müssen (siehe oben), ich habe sofort dort angerufen! Kundenorientierung :0 Die Organisation ist nicht zu empfehlen!

modern, clean and cosy hotel/ studio close to center

Super cozy room, nice decor, just like it looks in the photos maybe even better. Very close to water.

− Our rubbish was not removed for the 3 nights that we stayed there, had to go and hunt for bins, (stayed with a baby meaning dirty nappies), we were left with no toilet paper for a whole day. Which would be ok, but we saw cleaners walking in and out all day long, (Maybe have “Make up Room” Signs, on the doors, since you claim to be a hotel)
