4.0− Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review as staying in this apartment was a disappointment. Because the apartment is located below street level, it is kinda dark inside and there is no city view whatsoever. The promised terrace does not exist at all. On top of that, the rooms suffer from uncomfortable heat combined with humidity. The biggest shock, however, was the presence of cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I definitely do not recommend this accommodation and would never stay here again.

4.0Bella posizione, parcheggio comodo e gratuito. Presente un supermercato vicinissimo ben fornito. Grande potenziale malgestito.
− Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con la biancheria, lenzuola e asciugamani avevano un odore maleodorante e macchiati, in seguito alla segnalazione avvenuta il secondo giorno in mattinata il gestore ci ha risposto che avrebbe provveduto contattando il personale incaricato. Alla sera al nostro rientro non avendo avuto nessuna notizia siamo andati in lavanderia a lavare tutto a nostre spese e tempo perso. Qualche incrostazione sulle pareti magari da rivedere, silicone doccia annerito e con perdite d'acqua fuori dal piatto. Al terzo giorno siamo stati invasi dalle formiche (e specifico che non abbiamo mai mangiato nulla in casa, quindi non c'era cibo). Letto scomodissimo e cuscini pure.

7.0L'emplacement est très bien (près d'un supermarché). La grandeur du logement est adéquat pour 5 personnes. L'hôte était vraiment disponible et répondait rapidement à nos questions.
− L'endroit fut très difficile à trouver. Nous avons eu besoin de l'aide des habitants locaux pour trouver l'appartement. Il manquait d'équipement de cuisine pour 5 personnes. Il n'y avait pas de grand chaudron, ni de passoir. Il avait aussi une odeur très forte d'humidité. Finalement, il n'y avait pas d'aménagement pour manger à l'extérieur (pas de table, ni de chaises).

9.0Appartement propre, très bien situé ( pratique de faire les courses à pieds, à 2 minutes du Continente 😁). L' espace extérieur est calme et agréable. La buanderie est appréciable lors d'un "long" séjour et avec les baignades 👍. On se sentait comme à la maison 🙏.
− Le canapé dépliable en lit n' est pas fait pour y dormir plus qu'une nuit.

7.0Posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. A 1 minuti a piedi da un supermercato in cui ci sono anche le lavatrici self. Anche il parcheggio presente.

− A pesar de estar muy bien equipado,.la sartén que había estaba inutilizable (compramos una) y la limpieza deficiente. La ducha estaba sucia y el suelo de la cocina también.
