− I booked four double bedrooms for 7 persons. (2+2+2+1). I prior informed by 12:00 PM that we will be coming by 1 to 1:30 pm. They agreed. When I reached there they informed me suddenly that no four ac double bedrooms available in same venue. They told they have another facility about 2 kms near and will allocate 1 room there. These things could have been informed priorly to me but they hadn't. Also the receptionist or any other staff are not speaking English. They told they their own car and will help us to shuttle between their two facilities which are about three kms apart. It was a waste of time for me because of the heavy traffic congestion between the two facilities. Had they informed previously about these issues I would have planned accordingly since I was traveling with 4 senior citizens who are 70+. Lack of communication lead to these issues. Also rooms had intercom facilities but reception number was not mentioned in my room.
