La vista, la vicinanza al centro, l'aria condizionata, la presenza di tante cose utili nell'appartamento, la disponibilità del/la proprietario/a, la musica degli uccelli e dei grilli di notte.

Tiene tod lo necesario para una estancia tanto corta como en pareja, el apartamento para dos personas tenía todo lo que necesitaba, agua caliente, artículos de limpieza e higiene, las instalaciones muy limpias y con buen olor, tiene aire acondicionado en la sala pero la verdad con lo fresco que se pone al encenderlo no necesitábamos aire en la habitación, tiene internet wifi e incluso línea telefónica, cuenta con electrodomésticos como cafetera con timer, microondas, tostadora, licuadora entre otros utensilios necesarios para la cocina, muy bien equipado, se puede utilizar la lavadora y consigues organizadamente toallas de baño y ropa de cama limpias extras y disponibles a la necesidad de los huéspedes. Nos la pasamos muy bien, todo perfecto para nosotros estuvo perfecto.

− Lo único complicado es la entrada y forma de llegar pero solo la primera vez, después que conoces por donde puedes ir y venir te acostumbras, para los que alquilan algún tipo de auto no es recomendable la zona porque la calle es muy angosta y por ahí no transitan casi autos ni hay donde aparcar, o tiene que ser un auto muy pequeño…los taxis grandes solo llegan hasta la esquina de la iglesia si son muy grandes, y si estás sin auto y solo te movilizas caminando pues hay que tener algo de resistencia ya que subir y bajar te mantiene en forma al estar en lo alto de una calle que es un tanto empinada, pero con la vista que tiene desde el balcón y apartamento a cualquier hora del día la verdad vale la pena disfrutar del paisaje!

Property location: It's right in St George's near the ferry dock which is what I was looking for. However it's at the top of the hill. The roads are very circuitous getting there. I was able to find a staircase close by that goes down to the water. Can be steep with sections without any railing. You WILL get a workout going up. Unlit, so you may need to take that into consideration at night. While the apartment is right on the street, it is narrow with parked cars making my taxi driver having to let me out to walk the last bit. The good: The high speed wi-fi was excellent. Can't fault that. Didn't use the TV so can't comment on that. The air conditioning unit worked very well (but read on). The apt was generally clean but not to any high standard, but acceptable.

− The bad: The listing pictures are deceiving. Of course every property will want to put their best side forward. Extensive pictures of the views and attractions as opposed to the apartment's features should have been a tipoff. The furniture is a collection of mismatched odds and ends. Some doors don't or can't be closed. The unit has the air conditioner in the living area, and not in the bedroom where it's really needed. Expect to maybe sleep on the sofa. Kitchen faucet is loose and flops around. Toilet in bathroom does the same - you don't want to have had too many shnapps. The ugly: The biggest issue is the infestation of fleas. They were everywhere. On the ceiling. On the walls. Dead ones on the floor. I notified the host the first night. The property person responded saying they'd NEVER heard of this issue before. The number of dead fleas in the ceiling light fixtures tells a different story. When they saw my pics, they responded that they were harmless and don't bite. I'm more than a bit incensed.
