HORRIBLE!
1.0This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The person who handed over the key and the person I was communicating with on WhatsApp didn’t speak any English. They were using translation apps in Chinese (or a similar language), which caused a lot of misunderstandings and incorrect translations. It was nearly impossible to communicate properly, and this made the whole experience extremely frustrating.
− The communication and customer service were terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. On top of that, the location didn’t feel safe at all.

A comfortable stay with good location
10.0One of the best accommodation we stayed at on our family trip around Italy. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's a short walk from Venezia Mestre train station, and the stop for bus #2 that takes you to Venice proper is a stone throw from the apartment.

Great family space close to Venice!
10.0The house was very clean and had ample space for a family. The air conditioning was a welcome respite from the humidity of Venice! It was in a great location just off the bus line that takes you into Vemice. The two bathrooms were a great feature for our family.
