感覺寄人籬下，處處都受限制
4.0− 進出門要房東自己才能開，我們無法自由進出，廚房冰箱洗衣機大多上鎖，要使用還要再繳錢，增加的稅比我住四天的京都稅還高，感覺cp值超低，未來不會再去住宿

1.0予約入れたつもりが、入ってなかった。 最終的に、どうなるかの情報がなかった、結局、向かいの神戸サウナに泊まった。
位置佳，服務親切，住起來很舒服
10.0可以體驗傳統日式早餐，地點位置絕佳，走路到Kobe Harborland umie Mosaic 大概15分鐘，很悠閒的距離，可以一邊散步一邊欣賞街景，去各個著名的景點都非常便利。老闆也會分享神戶人才知道的道地景點，這次去了須磨海灘還有好多地方，孩子們很開心。住宿的地方舒服。有回家的感覺，

8.0個人宅をゲストハウスとして提供されているので、家のようで使いやすく落ち着いた。
− 玄関から出たり入ったりはオーナーの許可がいる。バイクの準備に出たり入ったりしていたら、「何かあったら責任を取って」と言われたが、責任なんか取れるわけない。関西の人ってそうなのか？それだけが残念。
