Nous avons adoré ! Le propriétaire était incroyable. Il a rendu cette nuit parfaite. Un grand merci à lui. Il nous a organisé notre safari, un message… Il était au petit soin. Nous avons pu voir son père cuisiner un curry.

Je wordt ontvangen door een hele fijne familie die je graag meer uitleg geven over wat er in hun tuin groeit en waarvoor het gebruikt kan worden. De mensen hebben alles gedaan om de wifi in orde te krijgen, maar dat was helaas niet gelukt. Maar dat hebben we bij meer dan de helft van onze verblijven ervaren.

− Tamelijk hoge treden om naar de slaapplaats te gaan.

Era tutto ECCEZIONALE, il posto é nella natura, posizione perfetta, il padrone sempre sorridente gestisce le camere con suo padre, un vecchino gentilissimo e disponibile, tutti i giorni ci davano l’acqua fresca di freezer filtrata, esperienza incredibile, siamo andati a dormire con un elefante che camminava dietro casa nostra e ci ha svegliato un branco di scimmie di passaggio, in tanti anni di viaggio una delle esperienze più belle di soggiorno.

The place is amazing the host, his wife and his father where all so nice, they made us some tea, helped to organise everything for our stay in Habarana! He also showed us his beautiful garden and explained us everything, it was a beautiful stay!

Wow wow wow. First off I never normally leave a review. This place was one of the top 5 I’ve stayed in and I’ve been travelling for the past 2 years. It was so special, the owner and his father are so welcoming, so ready to help you with any requests and up for a good chat (if you want it) they gave me their time every single day and never once seemed put out. I was feeling a little lonely at this point in my trip but no more! They offer free herbal tea multiple times a day, a yoga mat and delicious meals. I first booked this place as it was a reasonable price but it offered so much more than that. I learnt many lessons about living a simple, present life. Thank you for everything. I will be back.

The place is magical. The place is a herb and spice garden that looks like a well cultivated jungle and is full of nice smells, palm squirrels, butterflies, birds and sometimes monkeys. There are two clean bungalows for the guests, each with a large clean terrace where we often sat and listened to the concert of the jungle. Behind the bungalows starts a large stretch of land that is left as wild jungle. There we observed many birds, a mangoose and the giant squirrel. The family is very nice and warm, and made us feel welcome and at home during our days there. We had nice talks with them, could get various types of tea whenever we wanted without charge. We liked the free tour through the spice garden so much, that we had another the day after. When we had headache, stomach problems and mosquito buits, their herbs helped inpressively. One time the family prepared lunch together with us. The food was always delicious and plenty. They gave very helpful advice for our tours, what to do best and what to avoid and how to get a reasonable price. They organised a nice elephant safari in Huhulu National Park which did not cost much and was wonderful, so that we did this safari the next day again. We were impressed by the family, their way of life, their knowledge, their opinions and warmth. They are excellent embassadors for their country. Many things they offered were for free and their intention seemed not not earn as much money as possible, but rather to find a common way good for all. We plan to come again next year, with all of my sons. We are looking forward to it. Thank you for the wonderful time we had.
