10.0Owners were onsite and very accommodating. Best location - close to shops, supermarket and dining, beautiful park nearby, near to BVRT. Spacious room. Comfortable pillows and mattresses. Was able to recharge electric bike in a garage area. Best of all, large covered car parks.

9.0It has been renovated and everything was clean and tidy. The complementary goodies were a good touch. The bed was comfortable.
− It is on a main road, so truck noise is not great. Many motels are in a similar situation.

No heat and mould amongst other things.
2.0Location was good.
− The shower area had mould, and the smell was awful whenever the room was closed. They’ve had an ongoing mould problem, which is evident in reviews from a year ago. The split system was broken, and the staff provided an inadequate heater that didn’t keep the room warm. The mattress was extremely unclean, even by motel standards. The kitchenette cabinets didn’t close properly. The shower screen and tiling looked like a DIY job, and the entire unit appeared to be mid‑renovation. Booking.com showed the motel as fully booked, yet two rooms remained empty all night.
A nice play to stay when visiting Esk.
8.0Excellent location with a sort walk to main shopping areas. Off street parking. Felt very secure. BBQ facilities available.
− Room could do with a revamp. Although very clean overall, some of the wall tiling needs attention.
