− Non A/C rooms don’t have geyser in the room but I was told by the reception that the hot water will be available from 5am to 9am but no hot water was made available.

− Room rate taken is not justified...as I had paid Rs. 4300/- I understand that room will be AC but we get non AC Room in that rate which seems not justified
