Saubere Unterkunft, wenig Privatsphäre
4.0Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und sehr sauber.
− Wie vereinbart wollten wir um 11 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen. Aber anstatt zu warten, dass wir mit unserem Gepäck die Treppe runterkommen, kam die Gastgeberin um Punkt 11 Uhr mit böser Miene und einem ganzen Putztrupp herein, um uns in völlig unangemessener Weise rauszuwerfen. Sie war auch während unseres ganzes Aufenthaltes deutlich zu präsent für unser Empfinden, und kommentierte zB, wie wir nach Hause gekommen sind. Außerdem muss man durch ihren Privatbereich im Haus laufen, um in die Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist etwas kitschig eingerichtet, die Dusche ist eine wilde Konstruktion, sehr eng und unpraktisch.
Perfekt für den Berliner Sommer.

Selten so eine herzliche und kompetente Vermieterin gefunden.
9.0Die Lage ist perfekt mit sehr guter S Bahn Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Am nahegelegenen Mexikoplatz befinden sehr gute Speiselokale. Besonders der Eisladen ist zu empfehlen!
