10.0Everything went well! Location was great and the room was spacious and comfortable! A bit hot and not enough air coming through the window but we were there during the heatwave so that was not their fault. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and instructions were very clear. All good with our stay!

8.0Great location with walking distance from the seafront. Room and facilities were clean and tidy. Check-in instructions were clear.
− Dogs were welcome which was great however, the owner has a dog as well that kept barking and howling as we were preparing to settle into bed. This caused our dog to become unsettled and bark (which he seldom does). A parking space would be ideal. The room lacked a television, hot drink facilities and a fan during hot and humid nights. The mattress could be replaced as the current one has a memory foam 'topper' on another mattress which caused it to slip down during the night.

− Instructions were incomplete and a bit confusing to access the property. No post code was given when contacted the host. No basic toiletries supplied neither access to kettle
