7.0It was in a good location (if driving) Had parking, Flat was in a new building, had all the necessary amenities washing machine, dryer, hob, oven. People living there were nice and were greeting us in the lift creating a sense of community
− There was no hairdryer. I specifically asked ahead of time if one is provided as I was going on a beach holiday so I knew Id be washing my hair often. The host reassured me there was one. Then upon checking in it was nowhere to be found. I notified the host and she kept saying it must be there and I should look harder. I checked every crack and crevice - there was no hairdryer. Then a couple days later she said she would drop one off. Never came. For the whole stay I had no hairdryer. For reference I have very long hair, and due to the hot weather we had the AC on most of the time giving me bad headaches and neck pain as I had to sleep with wet hair. The host was very nice on text and kept saying she would resolve the issue but didn’t actually do anything which was quite frustrating - all talk, no action. As long as you have everything in the flat you’ll be fine but if you have any issues good luck trying to sort it out!
