Lage + Ruhe, Ausstattung, Flair inklusive viel Tageslicht, Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück, Dusche, Restaurant im Ort, Natur und Umgebung (super für Spaziergänge!)

− Nebensächlich: Kommunikation (nur das Nötigste), Geruch im Hausflur, Kind nebenan. (Wenn man es vorher weiß, OK).
