8.0Traumhafte Aussicht😍grosse Terasse mit genügend Gartenmöbel ausgestattet, grosse Zimmer, ruhige Lage, Küche gut ausgestattet, grosses Badezimmer mit Regendusche, 2 Toiletten, Einzelgarage fürs Auto. Der Weg von der Strasse zum Apartement wie auch zum Strand führt über viele Treppen, gratis Fitnesstraining😅Der Host war sehr freundlich hat uns alles Wichtige erklärt/gezeigt. War telefonisch erreichbar.
− Eine Toilette war nicht gereinigt, in der Dusche staute sich das Wasser, das Abflusssieb war sehr schmutzig(Haare etc.)wir haben es gereinigt danach lief das Wasser wieder ab. WLAN funktionierte nicht gut. Der Weg zum unbewachten Strand führt über viele Treppen und Promenade und ist deutlich länger als 80m, der Strand ist mit Badges nur an einem Ort zugänglich.

2.0Výhled z terasy a to je asi tak vše.
− Bylo psáno 80 m k moři. Kdyby byla psaná pravda,že nejbližší pláž je 1,5 km daleko a musí se jezdit autem k pláži která je ještě fakt ne hezká. Nikdy bych tam nejel. Škoda,že booking si takové fakta neověří aspoň zasláním fotek od majitelů apartmánů,když to sami nabízí a ještě z toho mají provizi!!!!!!!

7.0Výhled na moře a terasa. Apartmán byl prostorný. Parkování pro auto je řešeno uzamykatelným boxem.
− V popisu je uvedeno, že pláž je vzdálená 80m. Toto neodpovídá, protože cesta vede přes branku, která je z nařízení starosty, od 29.5.2025 uzavřena. Skutečná vzdálenost je necelý kilometr. Komunikace probíhá pouze v italštině. Anglicky jedině přes překladač.
