10.0It was easy to find and the hosts were very helpful with us getting into the building. It was very, clean, comfortable and well appointed. We have already recommended to friends and family.

Clean, comfortable and all you needed. Lovely view of castle from kitchen window.
10.0The property was great all round and essential items like bread and milk were there. Mark was friendly and talked us through the entrance process when we arrived.
− Had to have windows open for heat but the road/train noise was quite bad but I live away from noise so it would have disturbed me more than most people.
We had a great time, would definitely book again.
10.0The location was brilliant, couldn't have been closer to the castle and cathedral. We knew there would be some noise from the road by looking at the map but it was fine. Although our stay was during the June heatwave and we were at the top of the building, there were three fans and good blinds/curtains so we were able to manage. Everything in the flat is carefully and thoughtfully provided, including breakfast provisions - thank you!
− It was not a problem for us but visitors should be aware that the central location means that there is some road noise. The flat is up a couple of flights of stairs, not a problem to us but others should be aware if that might be the case.

10.0A DEFINITE TEN OUT OF TEN for Castle View apartments! Spotless, super comfy beds, welcoming settling in package of bread /butter/biscuits/cereal/milk - great communication with our friendly hosts PLUS the location in delightful Rochester could not have been better.
− Due to sensitivity to strong smells from perfumes the plug in fragrances to the rooms were quite pervasive so we simply unplugged them - that's down to personal taste of course
