It is a modern and very clean apartment right in the centre of Kerkira. Lovely decoration throughout. Wonderful views of Liston Square.

− Rubbish was not taken out over my 3 days there, and there was no cleaning during my 3 night stay which is ok, but a bit unusual, given the price of this property. I had to take rubbish out to a disposal on the street. The hot water switch had to turned on 20 minutes prior to showering, which is a bit annoying if one had to rush somewhere early in the morning. The lights on the main stairs did not switch on most of the time, and I used my mobile lantern.

Perfect location, great view of the main square from the windows. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful modern decoration. Easy communication and check-in check-out.

− Only downside was there was only one key to the appartment, but we also did not ask for a spare key. Also there is a kitchen but there is no stove. Adding an electric stove would be good.

Excellent, great views, great location, highly recommend.

Everything! Location perfect, all of the Old Town right on our front door step - literally. But the double glazing was so effective absolutely NO street noise to interrupt our nights sleep on the most comfortable bed after our own at home. Tastefully furnished with all we needed. Spacious and well thought out. The A/C was easy to control and very quiet, and quick to kick in whether you needed to be slightly warmer or cooler. Luca the key holder met us at the property for the handover and a quick explanation as how everything worked. Honestly, I haven’t anything bad to say. Just one tip - there is a full length mirror on the inside of the wardrobe and the plug next to the side of the bed was close enough to allow me to dry my hair without hogging the bathroom.

− Nothing. This isn’t a complaint from us, just a warning that there are two flights of stairs to the apartment and no lift. So if you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you.
